A core team consisting of 4 members (Thai/German) is currently in Germany and on site in Thailand the Chiang Rai Living Community idea around. 8 members of community have already invested and are looking forward to the timely completion of the 5 houses in the second quarter of 2023. The cost budget of the project could be met despite the extraordinary cost increase in the construction industry in 2022.

Chiang Rai Living is made up of active and former entrepreneurs, managing directors, project managers, business owners and freelancers. Part of this community is already permanently on site in Chiang Rai . The core team shifts as the business expands and grows community steadily after Chiang Rai , to the community and to successfully manage the business areas. By the end of 2024, this core team will be in Chiang Rai act locally and conduct business locally.
