Chiang Rai Living I - II

Our community is located in the province of Chiang Rai in the village of Mae O, about 35 kilometres from Chiang Rai City at the foot of the local mountains. 

The plots of the current projects Living I and Living II are located directly next to each other. With an area of 48 x 280 m they roughly correspond to a size of 8 Rai (1 RAI = 1,600 m²). With the Living III project, the area will increase by another 8 Rai to a total of 16 RAI. 

The Chiang Rai Living I project is nearing completion. The final work is being done on the 5 houses. The roof terraces and stairs are currently being installed and directly afterwards the interior and exterior of the houses will be furnished. 

All 5 houses are already sold. New 5 houses will be available with project Chiang Rai Living II.

The infrastructure is almost complete, the entertainment complex is the last object to be realised in this project. Since quarter II 2023, the houses are ready for occupancy, and in the following quarter III 2023, the starting signal will be given for the construction of the Chiang Rai Living II project. 

Here we are in the middle of planning 5 more houses. In the current phase, individual adjustments to the wishes of interested parties are still possible. The size of the houses is variable if required. The furnishings, room size or other details such as windows and doors can also be individually adapted. The price of the houses can vary from the standard, depending on the effort involved. An agricultural area (about 2 RAI) is included as well as a swimming pool for the whole community. 

Chiang Rai Living III

Chiang Rai Living III will add another 5-10 houses to the Chiang Rai Living community with numerous plantings for the community's self-sufficiency and the amenities of the swimming pool. All houses will also have their own PV systems and use the Chiang Rai Living I water supply system, which has a 6 m³ tank capacity and provides water for 20 houses (2 persons each) per day. In Chiang Rai Living III, alternative house forms made of containers and/or geodesic houses are also possible. The community offers a variety of solutions for you in the planning phase, which will start soon.
