Payment models

Basically, the payment of the investment house & property as a grand total commencement of contract to the CR Living & Farming afford to. The contract includes the lifetime rent (50 years incl. inheritance & subletting) from house & property as well as the agreements: House Lease Agreement and Land Lease Agreement. There is also the possibility house & property without the involvement of a bank CR Living & Farming finance. At a down payment 25% of the total amount will be balance paid in 24, 30 or 48 monthly installments in equal installments. Funding is provided exclusively through CR Living & Farming.
